Deployment of the evacuation flight

Deadline: The patient’s relatives usually hope to receive an air ambulance as quickly as possible. EAG JET can charter a medical (or medical) aircraft and find a crew within hours. However, the physician must be prepared to present:

– The complete medical file;

– Confirmation by the attending physician that the patient is able to fly;

– Confirmation that the destination hospital is able to accommodate the patient in the appropriate department.

The device: EAG JET air ambulances are fully equipped. The equipment on board will be adapted to the patient’s condition. A nurse and doctor (if necessary) will accompany the patient on board.

The cost: The cost of a medical flight is similar to the cost of a private jet flight (or a turboprop for short flights). However, some additional charges may apply:

– Doctor on board from 700 €

– Nurse on board from 500 €

– Ambulance transfer from the airport to the hospital from 500 €

Tips for a successful evacuation:

Gather as much information as possible as quickly as possible.
Remain calm with the patient and his entourage.
